Summary:
This letter was submitted as part of an online report to the Penticton RCMP. The threats from those targeting me have escalated, especially toward my family. These individuals simulate sexual assault scenarios and alternatively pretend to be authorities, in unrealistic attempt to entrap me in sick and disturbing ways.

To be clear: I don’t play along—what they’re doing is disgusting, and no legitimate authority would ever act this way. I’m not that kind of person, and I find their actions repulsive.

Most of them seem unaware of what they're part of—just repeating commands—but they still get offended if I don’t comply. I’ve been left homeless and unable to access basic support like welfare. I face daily death threats, and the main perpetrator laughs while using V2K to broadcast horrific statements, even targeting children.

I’m very concerned for my family’s safety and can’t call them because synthetic voice tech hijacks my phone.

Subject: Ongoing Threats, Harassment, and Unresolved Violent Crime

Dear RCMP,

I am writing to formally request assistance regarding a long-standing and serious issue involving persistent stalking, threats, and harassment that I have endured for the past ten years. Unfortunately, I am unable to use voice communication, including phone calls, because an individual or group appears to be intercepting or synthesizing calls, which consistently leads to further problems and confusion.

Due to this, I respectfully request an email address for the Chief of Police or a responsible officer so that I can communicate securely and keep a written record of our exchanges.

I would also like to report that I witnessed a murder at 553 Gahan Avenue and was physically assaulted at that location as well. Despite my attempts to report this in the past, I was dismissed by Cst. Vance, who once told me to “f--- off.” After that incident, Cst. Kelsey Ferris was assigned to my case through the Police Complaints Commission, but she has since left the Penticton detachment.

I am concerned about the conduct of Cst. Vance, who was later in the news regarding an incident where he assaulted a co-worker. He previously emailed me denying any death occurred, claiming Gary Lee was not a rapist, and suggesting I “get my head checked.” He had access to personal files and went on to inform police in Saskatchewan and Calgary that I was allegedly on the run for a rape and murder—accusations that are completely false and extremely damaging.

To this day, I continue to receive daily threats related to the assault and murder of a woman who visited me in September 2014. At the time, I was temporarily working out of Gary Lee’s residence, operating a small corporation developing software. This woman’s identity remains unknown, and those close to Gary, including Scott Lee, Geoff Salmon, Matthew Gregoire, and Debbie Aerhan, have refused to provide any information. Gary admitted to having GHB in the house and claimed she died in a car accident, but later told others she had been shot. Stephanie Lundy once mentioned attending the funeral with Gary the day after the shooting, which raised further suspicions.

More recently, individuals have continued threatening me, including comments about harming my parents and sister. I am particularly worried, as I have not been able to contact my sister and fear that something may have happened to her. Earlier today, while panhandling in front of a Walk Mart in Calgary, someone cursed at me and issued more verbal threats. These individuals continue to say things like “your dad’s going to die” and “your mom was just killed,” which is extremely disturbing and traumatic.

Additionally, I’ve been the victim of identity theft, hacking, robbery, and slander over the years, which has severely impacted my ability to receive social services or maintain stable housing.

I am willing and able to communicate via email or text message, which allows for more reliable documentation, especially when dealing with potential hackers. Please let me know how I can formally submit a report or if there is any way to identify the female victim from 2014 so I can find closure and ensure justice is served.
