How voting affects reputation -Reputation Simplified in a Flow Chart

A while ago, I made a post about reputation and some interesting facts about it. I created this image to provide a simplified process flow to determine if an upvote or downvote will affect your reputation. Please take a look and let me know if it makes sense. I will update with any changes.

I assumed this too, but was told a down-vote would have a very very very small effect on the rep of the author whos rep is higher.
So perhaps the word to use is 'negligible'.

@Arcange did the best job of explaining it as it is actually written in the code. There have been a lot of misconceptions about it for a long time, so there's a lot of bad information out there
Yeah for my original assessment I checked the code, but was mistakenly told otherwise. Flowchart stands!
