Ever since Trump came down the escalator in Trump tower to announce his candidacy for president of the United States the folks on the left have done everything in their power to derail this man. You all know the stories and have heard them time and time again to the point it makes you nauseous; no matter if you love him or hate him. If he hasn’t already been labeled “Teflon Don”, he should be, because nothing has worked in stopping him from being elected, sworn in, and taking his position as the 45th President of The United States of America.

I am about to give you folks on the left all the ammunition you need to have the “Teflon Don” impeached and removed from office and send him packing back to New York. I’m not doing this for you liberals, I’m doing it for myself and the other people in this country who are just tired of the same damn politics game being played in Washington, DC and nothing getting done. It is time to put a stop to it and him once and for all, so tell the FBI to through their fake Russian investigation stuff in the circular file by their desks, and stop all the other worthless investigations of people who may have actually said hello to a Russian ambassador in the hallway of a hotel or airport. You don’t need it anymore after I give you the goods on this guy we call President Trump.

It is always nice when you are trying to pin something on someone when you can use their exact quote in order to prove their guilt. Prosecutors love when they have a signed confession from a person they have on trial that puts thee accused at the scene of the crime and actively participating of their own free will. It surely should make for a jury to find the accused guilty as charged. Well recently Trump did exactly that more or less, the problem is no one but me evidently was paying attention.

Let me take you back to last week and the Valentine’s Day Massacre of 2018 in Florida, yes the same Florida that Trump loves to visit almost every other weekend or two. Seventeen young innocent children were gunned down and the country is outraged, rightfully so I might add, President Trump knew he needed to do something to show his concern for the tragedy and the families and friends of the victims. This is where he made the mistake for which he must be removed from office; clearly this man has no respect for the laws of this country as proven by his actions regarding the shooting. Presidents can be impeached and removed from office for committing high crimes and misdemeanors. While I am not a prosecutor or trained in the law, I am a US citizen, and as a citizen I am expected to know the law and follow it, lest I be arrested and tried for a crime. It doesn’t matter if I happen to be ignorant of the law either; the US government says ignorance of the law is no excuse, so if I break I bought it, as in the punishment. Well, I know President Trump was well intended but he broke the law and now he needs to be removed from office.

Our Nation grieves with those who have lost loved ones in the shooting at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. As a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the terrible act of violence perpetrated on February 14, 2018, by the authority vested in me as President of the United States by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, I hereby order that the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-staff at the White House and upon all public buildings and grounds, at all military posts and naval stations, and on all naval vessels of the Federal Government in the District of Columbia and throughout the United States and its Territories and possessions until sunset, February 19, 2018. I also direct that the flag shall be flown at half-staff for the same length of time at all United States embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including all military facilities and naval vessels and stations.

Just one little problem with this proclamation President Trump; the laws of the United States don’t give you any power to make this order of flags to be flown at half staff as you claim here. Because if you and your legal advisors had read the law it makes it very specific on when the flag can be ordered to half staff and this incident, all be it tragic, does not qualify as one of those specific incidents. There for you are actually in violation of the law and subject to impeachment and removal from office for such violations, I think it falls under the term, ”high crimes and misdemeanors” , if memory serves me correctly. Just so there is no confusion I have attached the copy of the section of the United States Code that addresses the flying of flags at half staff.

United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10 in part reads:
175. Position and manner of display
• (m) The flag, when flown at half-staff, should be first hoisted to the peak for an instant and then lowered to the half-staff position. The flag should be again raised to the peak before it is lowered for the day. On Memorial Day the flag should be displayed at half-staff until noon only, then raised to the top of the staff. By order of the President, the flag shall be flown at half-staff upon the death of principal figures of the United States Government and the Governor of a State, territory, or possession, as a mark of respect to their memory. In the event of the death of other officials or foreign dignitaries, the flag is to be displayed at half-staff according to Presidential instructions or orders, or in accordance with recognized customs or practices not inconsistent with law. In the event of the death of a present or former official of the government of any State, territory, or possession of the United States, the Governor of that State, territory, or possession may proclaim that the National flag shall be flown at half-staff. The flag shall be flown at half-staff thirty days from the death of the President or a former President; ten days from the day of death of the Vice President, the Chief Justice or a retired Chief Justice of the United States, or the Speaker of the House of Representatives; from the day of death until interment of an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, a Secretary of an executive or military department, a former Vice President, or the Governor of a State, territory, or possession; and on the day of death and the following day for a Member of Congress. As used in this subsection -
o (1) the term 'half-staff' means the position of the flag when it is one-half the distance between the top and bottom of the staff;
o (2) the term 'executive or military department' means any agency listed under sections 101 and 102 of title 5; and
o (3) the term 'Member of Congress' means a Senator, a Representative, a Delegate, or the Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico.

Nowhere in here President Trump does it say the flag can be flown at half staff for anyone other than government officials or foreign dignitaries upon their death. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t believe any of the seventeen that died in that school’s shooting were government officials or foreign dignitaries. Yes, I see where it does say, “displayed at half-staff according to Presidential instructions or orders” but you can’t just pick and choose portions of a sentence, that would be taking it out of context and we don’t want that, so be sure to read the end of the sentence as well, “not inconsistent with law.”
Yes, that’s correct, you can order flags to half staff, but the order has to be consistent with the law. “What law”?, you ask. This law sir, the one you have broken and conspired with others to break. Do you have any idea how many innocent people you have turned into law breakers by your proclamation?

And by the way, it also has specifics on the length of time the flag should be at half staff, have all the victims been buried by sundown on Monday?

So, all you liberal democrats in Washington and the news media need to be jumping all over this and calling for impeachment, you’ve been looking for a smoking gun and while this one may not be an AR-15, it is single shot derringer that will suffice in ending the reign of President Trump.

What are you waiting for? Get to work; this should be all over the morning news on Tuesday in the United States.
We cannot let these elected officials trample the laws of the United States of America any longer.
