Diary Game May 12, 2025 || Election Day

I'm one of the millions of Filipinos who casted our vote last May 12, 2025. It is a fundamental rights for every citizens. It is also our responsibility to choose what kind of leader we want. Vacant posts are from 12 senators, congressman, board members, mayor's, vice- mayor's, councilors, and partylist. I planned to go in the morning.

At 6:00 a.m. I cooked small mackerel with vinegar for my breakfast. I bought it last week at Cansaga Bay Morning Market. I also did cleaning and laundry. My aunt who is a PWD ( Person With Disability) first casted her vote and scheduled 5:00 a.m.- 7:00 a.m. She is 62 years old and paralyzed.

When they arrived, I immediately walked and went towards my voting precinct. A walking distance around kilometer from where I'm living. I arrived around 8:30 there were a large crowd fall on line and waited for their time to vote. I waited more than an hour and finally it's my turn.

I casted my vote around 10:00 a.m. and after 15 minutes I'm done. My family had meetings on who to vote and why. It was easy to choose who will be our next leader. I then walked and returned home.

I took my lunch. I ate Rice and the fish with vinegar which was remain on my breakfast. I relaxed and lied on bed. After I went to 6.5 Gym to play basketball. There were less people so I was not able to play 5 vs. 5.

My uncle prepared our dinner. The food were almost the same except the the fried dried fish.But, it's all good to me and I'm grateful. While eating we watched news on television. But unlike the previous elections the results were delayed and late. I was hoping that there was a fair, honest, and clean election. May the the best wins.
