Honing Champions: A Jog to Minsoro, Manolo, Bukidnon
Being an amateur boxing coach with no pay is very hard, I'm glad my wife supports me all the way.
I love sports since I was a child and I had been an amateur boxer since I learned how to write.
It all started when I and my siblings were bullied way back in our younger years and my mother, due to her protective instincts, told my father to teach us how to fight. He was an amateur boxer in his younger days too!
I guess it was in the blood and I and my brother were trained and disciplined in an athlete way since then.
Training, work and school had been our routine and on wherever fiestas are, we are there. Not to eat but to play and most of the times, we get lucky.
As time passes by, things and priorities change but I still live sports, sweaty boxing gloves stills smells heaven for me even if my wife hates the smell of it. Sometimes, there is urge to join a fight up in the boxing ring, in fact my last fight happened last year and we thought of a rematch but he did not show up.
Honestly, wife nags at me about it, forbidding me to fight but she loves me enough and advised me to become a committee instead. I took seminars and got certificates and became a referee/judge in games and I realized it is better that way, and pays higher too while doing what I love.
I did not really had plans about coaching but good things comes at the right time!
It all started in one aspirant an now there are more! And honing them isn't easy. Their discipline is far from mine yet that'll do, we still have a long way to go yet they are slowly making their names in amateur boxing and hopefully will develop their skills and advance into professional boxers and champions.
One day, I took them to jog; we went at 1in the afternoon for endurance. It was hard and hot but rewarding.
I told the kids that our route will be from Zone 2 Mantibugao until Minsuro, good thing the road is mostly flat and at our destination lies a grand canyon that displays incredible scenery of nature. Here are our photos
I and the kids had a great time and enjoyed the view, soon we went back to the raining place safely.

Hi friend,
I was checking your posts and your growth might be slow but it's good to promote yourself and use the right hashtags!
The first 4 count and the first one the most which you use for useless hashtags which every moderator and curator can check so please use it together with your country for you last ones. Next to that you do not use #steemexclusive.
My suggestion for this post is to change your hashtags and write them this way:
#sports #boxing #life #steemexclusive the rest you can make up yourself.
